Payment Policy

As a registered childminder I love caring for children and supporting their

development, however it is my chosen career and business. Like you I too have bills and

expenses to meet each month and therefore require a regular income. I would be grateful if you could ensure that you are prompt in paying your weekly invoice.

Hourly Rate:

My hourly rate is £6.00. £37 a day. (paid weekly in advance). I charge £5 for every 15 mins early/late drop off.

All meals,  snacks and drinks are included. Baby milk, baby food, nappies, wipes, creams, sunscreen will need to be provided by yourself.

All playgroup and nursery sessions are included in your fees.

Your fees will be calculated on a weekly basis as agreed in your contract. You will be invoiced on the Thursday for payment to made by the Monday.  A late payment fee of £10 a day will be charged.  If the invoice remains unpaid for more than 3 days then I will be unable to care for your child.

Retainer Fee:

A Retainer Fee may be possible to secure your child's place in my childminding service, should your child not start immediately. The Retainer Fee is half of my daily rate and is non-refundable.

Hours of business:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm

If you need care out-with these hours, please ask and I might be able to compromise.

Illness (me/my child): no fees apply

Illness (parent/children): full fees apply

Holidays/Occasional days off (Me): No fees apply

Holidays/Occasional days off (children): Full fees apply

Holidays:

I take up to 6 weeks of holidays per year unpaid. Any occasional days off, later drop-off, earlier collection, or any holidays you wish to take out-with these 6 weeks will be charged at full fees.

How to Pay:

Fees are to be paid:

•in cash,  standing order/bank transfer

• in advance, on a weekly basis
